Passionate Parenting’s Cancellation Policy

We don’t like cancellations!! And, we really don’t like “NO-SHOWS”.

Passionate Parenting operates on a good-will basis. We book your places at each seminars at your FIRST request. From that point, we EXPECT you to attend and start to incur costs.

If there is a mistake in your registration, please let us know immediately!

We request that our parents pre-pay directly into the account. However, if parents do not wish to pre-pay, they will need to pay €5 extra if they pay in cash at the door. This is fairly common practice, despite the extra cost.

Business travel, sick kids, unexpected visitors or other distractions are inevitable. Therefore our cancellation policy is THUS:

  • Cancellations 10 days in advance of your booked seminar is free.
  • Cancellations 7 days in advance, we expect you to pay 50% of the fee
  • Cancellations less than a week in advance, we expect you to pay 100% of the fee.

There are fixed costs that need to be paid and these costs must be covered. We also give half the profit from the seminars to SA charities. So, not only are you supporting a worthy cause but also keeping Passionate Parenting’s community service a going concern.

Passionate Parenting reserves the right to cancel an event if there are fewer than 10 regsitrations. You will be refunded 100% if this occurs.

I applaud your efforts to organise parenting workshops, it's certainly a very worthy initiative. I … see it as one of the most important preventative steps a community can make towards safeguarding and optimizing the well-being of children. Katherine Fortier, Child Psychologist, Regular Guest Speaker 2007 - 2009.
The information presented went beyond my expectations. More than informative, it was very practical. Ana Marja
Another great seminar, clear, practical, professional. It was excellent! Dr Sue Southwood, UK
If you feel lost in a new country, get together with other expat families and share the experience of growing up among worlds. Make a happy childhood for TCKs (Third Culture Kids). I have enjoyed Passionate Parenting!Sunyoung Yang, Korea
I was highly impressed by the Parenting seminars I attended. They were very informitive and helpful. Would have loved them to be a bit longer to get even more but there was no time! Looking forward to the next ones coming up.Adriana Volenikova
